When I first started on my current coaching journey, this is something I instinctively did , and it worked so powerfully without me really understanding the why behind it, at the time… 

Eventually, I focused on learning more strategies for client attraction and income growth. 

Somehow, along the way, I lost this part, then strategies didn’t work without it anymore….

What am I talking about? The power of feeling . 

When I first got started, the #1 thing that fueled me the most was thinking about how it would feel , if someone got to read my posts, do the work that I shared, and get transformed through it somehow ….

OMG, the feelings of that! Even those feelings alone... it was incredible! 

Just the thought of it got me taking action passionately…. It fueled me so much, and clients reacted to that so positively. 

 Those feelings did something for my magnetic field that made it so magnetic... 

And there is more to it that I didn’t know at the time… that I clearly understand now, and have applied to reach multi five figure months in my coaching …


But there is more.. I only really got this later! 

It is all about manifesting with energy ... 

I finally got it, that we have actually been gifted this energetic system, that is meant to make our dreams true, on all dimensions: physical, emotional, and soul level.  

It is all about harmonizing all these dimensions. 

For example, 

When we decide what we want  a $20k month for example in  our coaching, one thing that is super important for it to become reality is for us to create coherence between what we imagine we want to create (brain ) how we feel about it (heart) and the actions that we take towards that ( body ) 

How to use this in practicality: 

1. Choose a goal that you want to accomplish this month in your coaching, a goal that truly matters to your heart, and tap into why this matters to you. 

2. Engage your heart: Even if your goal is a money goal, I find that what moves most of our hearts the most is the impact it will have on other humans to work with us . Have your money goals, have your prices for your various programs set, then detach from the money. Step into what it would feel like when the humans who get to do this work with you, meet their transformations….. 

3. In that feeling, do something immediately in relation to what you are creating ( ie share a post on social media , make an offer to your email list , or something as small as writing down an outline of an idea you’ve had for growth in your coaching. This is just so you can confirm this to the body and integrate…

How you engage your brain, heart, and body towards your goal …

Now something that often comes up that may keep you from fully  tapping into this power of the heart is the fact that often, as we do this work, our heart center / chakra may be closed, due to pain, resentments and such ... 

The thing is, as we do this work, sometimes you may get  a certain hurtful comment on social media, or there may be a misunderstanding with a client, or we may have certain stress around money.... that may cause disturbance in our heart center, not to forget our own history. 

Simply because when our heart is in  that state, it is as if we have put up these invisible  energetic walls that have "no clients allowed" sign on them. We literally reppell clients, so that we can avoid the pain. 

Now the energetics approach to this is accepting the pain, and feeling the feelings that may come up without avoidance. 

But I have something more for you. 

Which I have utilised for years, that helps me open my heart center to allow clients in, regularly...   This has healed pain from past experiences and allowed me to keep going, and use my energy more powerfully for receiving more and more clients in my realm, and for my work to impact more and more humans in the world.
